Can I text or call you to book?
The online calendar availability is the most accurate and the best method to make an appointment. THis management system also prevents mistakes from manually booking.
What types of payments do you accept?
Cash, Credit, Afterpay, Cash App (via square)

Can I bring guests?
I share a workspace in a boutique salon that doesn't have much extra seating. I tell my guests to come solo to have the best experience for yourself and those around us.
What are your policies?
Cancellation- I ask for at least 24 hours in advance for change or cancellation of your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will incur a $25-per-service rebooking fee.

Service Guarantee- I offer adjustments on our appointments if notified of a discrepancy within 7 days of the original service.

This does not include: Changing of mind about the style, color, or cut or "session" appointments that are working to a long term goal.
Retail- Retail may be returned within 14 days of purchased, used within reason is accepted. (this is only retail that I sell, not of other stylists at Capelli)
