What do I choose when booking?

New clients (or those that I haven't seen in 1+ years) can click HERE to get guidance on what to book for :) 

Can I text or call you to book?

The online calendar availability is the most accurate and the best method to make an appointment. Also I'm human and I would probably forget to input something. 

What types of payments do you accept?

Cash, Credit, Afterpay, Cash App (via square)

What is my appointment going to cost?

You can see the service menus on the New Client or Returning Client pages to see my starting prices. Or fill out this form HERE, to get an accurate quote.

Can I bring guests?

I want to accommodate whenever possible, but I share a workspace with other stylists and want to be mindful of that. Please text me in advanced and I can let you know if we'll have the room :)  904-761-8256

What are your policies?

Cancellation- I ask for at least 24 hours in advance for change or cancellation of your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will incur a $20-per-service rebooking fee. 

Service Guarantee- I offer adjustments on our appointments if notified of a discrepancy within 7 days of the original service.

This does not include: Changing of mind about the style, color, or cut or "session" appointments that are working to a long term goal.
 

Retail- Retail may be returned within 14 days of purchased, used within reason is accepted.
